Change Your World Through Prayer Making Praying for an Hour Easy

In 1997 I was in London at a church and was looking for something to read. I found this book, Change Your World Through Prayer by Bennie Mostert. In his book, he has a prayer wheel that has been helpful for me.
There are lots of permutations on how to pray for one hour. I have used this from time to time. One way I have used this tool is in journaling. Another way this tool has been helpful for me was during my last run. I went on a seven-mile run and broke my audio cues down to every half mile and changed the way I prayed every time the cues came on. It was great. It helps when you enjoy running.

When I searched for this prayer method online, I found a very similar wheel by Dick Eastman from his book in 1978.
The Hour That Changes the World: A Practical Plan for Personal Prayer. This book was published by Chosen Books. His Amazon bio states,

Dick Eastman is international president of Every Home for Christ, a global evangelism ministry that has planted over 2.3 billion gospel messages home by home in 194 nations. His books on prayer, evangelism, and Christian growth have sold more than 2.5 million copies worldwide. Dick also serves as president of America's National Prayer Committee.

Joni Erickson Tada writes the forward to this book.
