Top Reads of 2011

I like to read. I read slow. I read with a certain eye. I also have four kids a full-time job and volunteer at church so I don't have much time.  One thing I hunt for is the best books to read.

So for my top ten were:

10. A Praying LIfe  By Paul Miller
9. When Not To Build by Ray Bowman
8. Heaven by Randy Alcorn
7. 1776 by David McCullough
6. Catriona by Robert Louis Stevenson

5. Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson

4. Lit by Tony Reinke

3.The River of Doubt by Candice Millard

2. Crazy Love by Francis Chan

1. Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand

As you can see I have a narrow taste, Classics, Non-fiction history/biography, and religion.

What are your top reads of the year?
