Burning, pulsing, aching

Pop, stop, drop

How did this happen? 

Sledding, running, playing

Fun, sun, done

This was not my plan

Aging, stretching, hurting

Spill, swill, pill

Napping on sedan

Hoping, dreaming, yearning

Best, rest, yet

Bodily new man
