A Fever, a Flight, and a Fight for the World by J.H. Myhre
A Fever, a Flight, and a Fight for the World: The Rwendigo Tales Book Four.
I just finished this children's book this morning. It was possibly the best of the four. Dr. Myhre does a wonderful job weaving the story together with her other tales. It is a great read-aloud book for elementary school-age children. I love how she ends each chapter, driving to the next. She introduces us to African culture and ecology with beautiful descriptions. Her descriptions of good and evil, humanity, and moral dilemmas are great discussion starters for kids. If you are a parent or child, this book is worth a read. The 179 pages fly by as you read.
